Terms of Purchase

By placing an order with Smallbee UK, you agree to the following terms. These policies are set to ensure clear understanding of our refund and return procedures. These policies are applicable to customers within the United Kingdom.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase to our after-sale team via email when you sumit the return request.

B. Return Process

To initiate a return, please first contact us at service@lightsin.co.uk. We will then review your request and offer you some  potential solutions or the result of your request. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

C. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it as quickly as possible. To return your product, please contact us via email. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

D. Exchanges

We only exchange products that are defective, incorrect, or received in the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at service@lightsin.co.uk.

E. Return Shipping Fees

We will cover return shipping costs if the product is damaged, delivered in error, or defective. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

F. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

G. Working Hours

Our team is available during the following working hours, and all emails will be answered during this time. Refund operations are not carried out during non-working hours. Please wait for an email reply from our customer service team for further details.
